FOR PEOPLE WHO SELL TO CARE HOMES

New care homes open every month. Be the first supplier through the door.

The Care pack tells you when a new care location registers with the Care Quality Commission in the places you cover. One clear email per change, early in the home's life, while suppliers are still being chosen.

What you get

An email that respects your time

One email per new registration in your area. Name, address, service type and beds where the register carries them, a link to the full public record, and a map search one click away.

No contact details, ever. We only publish addresses the register itself labels as business premises, and we never include a person's details. Clean data you can act on without a privacy headache.

EXAMPLE ALERT · ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT A REAL BUSINESS

New care location registered

A 44 bed nursing home has registered 2.1 miles from your base. New to the register this month, not yet rated, registered manager in post.

SOURCE · CQC REGISTERTRACKED FROM DAY OF REGISTRATIONLINKS TO THE FULL RECORD

More than 14,000 care homes are on the English register today, and the register moves every month.

Measured by us from the CQC register file, August 2026.

Who this is for

A new home signs every contract at once

The one moment a care home has no incumbent suppliers is the start. Whatever you sell, the door is open exactly once.

Catering and food supply

A new home has no food contract until someone wins it. Every fridge, freezer and first menu starts from zero.

Staffing and recruitment

A registered manager is in post before opening, and the rest of the roster follows in a hurry. Nurses, carers, kitchen and domestic staff, all at once.

Equipment and furnishing

Beds, hoists, call systems, furniture. A new home fits out once, at the start, and the supplier who called first is in the room.

Training and compliance

New services need policies, training records and evidence from day one. Arriving before the first inspection is the whole value.

Laundry, cleaning and facilities

Contracts signed at setup tend to renew quietly for years. The expensive way in is displacing an incumbent later.

Pharmacy and clinical services

A home cannot operate without medicines supply and clinical support arrangements, and they are chosen early.

What using it looks like

From alert to introduction

The alert lands

A new registration in your patch, with the record and a map link. Thirty seconds tells you whether it is worth a visit.

You do the homework once

Service type, beds, location, the public record. Enough to write an introduction that does not read like a mailshot.

You are early

The home is still fitting out and choosing suppliers. Your introduction arrives before the phones get busy.

Where it comes from

The register, read daily

Every care provider in England must register with the Care Quality Commission before it can operate, and that register is public. We read it every day and compare it against our own record of the day before, so a new arrival in your patch surfaces once, cleanly, with its source attached.

You choose your area at signup, sized to the ground you actually serve. If we ever widen the view to keep your month useful, the email says so plainly. Nothing is widened in silence.

Coverage is England, where the Care Quality Commission is the regulator.

Why it is worth it

One new account covers it

You know what a single care home account is worth to you across a year of supplying it. The pack is a simple monthly subscription, price published at launch, built so that one new customer covers it comfortably.

No dashboard, no login, no training. An email arrives when something happened. A quiet month says so, and costs you nothing but the subscription you already understood.

You may hear about openings eventually, through the trade or word of mouth. Eventually is the problem. The pack sells you the gap between eventually and first.

Care coverage opens soon

Tell us your patch and what you sell. Founding users hear first and help set what the alert carries.
