Changes

What changed

Every release, dated, newest first. The first issue after a release carries the same line, so what you read in a briefing and what you read here are one record.

24 September 2026

  • Care changes now reach you in the next issue however late CQC's monthly file brings them, and each card says when CQC published the change and when it reached us. Alerts are kept on your account, and the daily alert email carries every alert.
  • Alerts over your daily number now arrive together in one message the same day. New CQC ratings and deregistrations now reach us from CQC's daily record, usually the day after they are published. Your trade now sets which changes reach you the same day, and Estate Intelligence alerts you when a comparable home nearby falls in rating or leaves the register.

23 September 2026

  • Your account now has one menu across the top, the same wherever you are. The overview shows anything that needs you first and links your latest issue, and each setting has its own page under Settings.

22 September 2026

  • Your account signs you in from every message and shows each issue as cards you can read and act on.
  • Each finding takes a status, a flag, a copy block, a calendar file and a link you can send to a colleague. The Work page lists what is open.
  • Each business, and each of your homes, has its own page with every finding across your issues and when each source's record began. A correction we make sits above the finding it corrects.
  • You choose your own delivery. Alerts or the weekly only, how many alerts a day, a holiday hold, Friday or Monday, short or full. Up to three postcode districts are read first.
  • Search your issues and businesses, catch up since a date, export your findings as a CSV and print a board pack. Alerts can arrive as one message a day at 12:00 or 17:00.
  • The estate page shows how many care locations each circle around a home would hold before you choose it. A watched location outside every circle is read with the nearest home.
  • Assign a finding to a colleague with a due date, record a decision under it and escalate it to the owner. Each release now leaves one line in your next issue and a dated page of changes on the site.
  • A weekly now says how this week compares with your previous four issues, marks a business appearing in your issues for the first time, and an alert says where that business stood in your last weekly. A regional finding says which direction from your centre it sits.
  • Every assessment on Fleet Desk, Care Change Alerts and Hygiene Rating Alerts now ends with one check you can make at your own account record and the source link.
  • The owner has a People page with the transfer of ownership to a colleague who confirms by link. Every reader has a Watchlist page and a page of every verdict they gave. A business seen before says which issue it was last in.
  • Every list on your account now filters by kind, date, flag, publisher, section, tier and what is overdue, says how many of the total are shown, and clears in one click. A home page prints like an issue.
  • A finding assigned to you now tells you once, with a link. Overdue work reminds you once a day at 08:00 until you turn it off on your Delivery page. A first visit opens with a short guide to the account.
