FOR CARE STAFFING AND RECRUITMENT

Know when a care home registers or changes hands near you, while the roster is still being built.

A registered manager is in post before opening, and the rest of the roster follows in a hurry. Agencies usually hear once the vacancies hit the boards, alongside everyone else. The register moved earlier.

What Harrier watches

The care register, read daily and classified

Every care provider in England must register with the Care Quality Commission, and the register is public and updated daily. We read it every day and classify each change before it reaches you. A genuinely new location, an existing home under a new provider, a manager-status change, a change in registered beds, or a rating movement. Bed counts and manager status come from the register's periodic files, so those are never promised same-day. Where every fact comes from.

What an alert looks like

A worked example, every detail invented

SYNTHETIC EXAMPLE · EVERY DETAIL INVENTED

New location registered

Example House Care (Fictional) Ltd has registered a 40 bed nursing home 3.8 miles from your branch. Classified as a genuinely new location, not a provider transfer.

Why this is different

Checked, clean and on the record

Verified before it sends

Every alert names a verified limited company, checked before it sends.

No personal data in any alert

No names, no personal contact details, business premises addresses only. Your own marketing duties still apply, and the alert is built to make them easy.

A dated history behind every claim

We keep yesterday's state on record, so a change like a fall from 5 to 2 is our documented record, not a guess.

Questions

Asked before you ask

What is the classification worth?

A genuinely new home is building a roster from nothing. An existing home under a new provider is a different conversation. The alert tells you which you are looking at, using the register's own history links.

Where does the data come from?

Every alert is built from the Care Quality Commission's public register, with a link to the official record so you can check it in one click.

What area does it cover?

Coverage is England. You choose the territory that matches the ground you actually serve.

Is this compliant to use for sales?

Alerts contain no personal data, name businesses rather than people, and use business premises addresses only. Your own marketing duties still apply, and the alerts are built to make meeting them easy.

What does it cost?

Prices are published when checkout opens, and founding subscribers hear the numbers first. Nothing on this site quotes a price because none is live yet.
