Not every registration is a brand new home. Some are existing homes under a new provider. The register's own history links let us tell them apart, and the alert says which is which, because the two mean different things for you.
We never include personal contact details. Addresses come straight from the register and are business premises only. Business-focused data designed to reduce privacy risk, though your own marketing duties still apply.
Care location registered under a new provider
The Aylsham Manor, a 30 bed residential home in Aylsham, Norfolk, registered on 25 June 2026. The register's history links show an existing home changing provider, not a new build, so the alert says so. Specialisms include dementia and care of adults over 65.

A new home signs every contract at once
A genuinely new home starts with no suppliers at all, and a change of provider can put contracts back in play. Either way, early matters.
Catering and food supply

The register, read daily
Every care provider in England must register with the Care Quality Commission before it can operate, and that register is public. We read it every day and compare it against our own record of the day before. When something new appears in your patch, you get one email about it with a link to the record.
You choose your area at signup, sized to the ground you actually serve. If a quiet spell means we widen your area to keep the email useful, we tell you we have done it.
