Care software
A change of provider is a dated change in who runs the home, and a reason to ask what it runs on.
Software gets replaced at moments of change, a new provider, a new home, a new manager. Those moments are recorded on the CQC register the day they happen. Most vendors hear about them from a tender, when the shortlist is already drawn.
The register records all three with dates. The alert tells you which happened, in your territory, with the provider's company verified, so your team decides who to research.

Which changes matter to you
- Provider changeA home under a new provider is the moment care planning, rostering and medication systems are most often reviewed. The register shows the change and its date.
- New registrationA new home chooses its systems before the first resident. The register shows the registration and the provider.
- Manager statusA change of registered manager is a change in who runs the home day to day. The register shows the status and the date, nothing about tools.
- Rating movementA lower published rating is often followed by an improvement plan. The register shows the rating only.

The date on the alert, and the class it was given.

Common questions
Does it show what software a home uses?
No. Nothing in the public record does, and the alert never guesses.
Can I follow one provider group?
Yes. A watchlist of company numbers is a setting, alongside the territory.
What area does it cover?
England, because the CQC register is England only. You choose the territory that matches the ground you serve.
Can I use this for sales?
Yes. Alerts name companies, never people, and use the home's address only. Your own marketing rules still apply.
When does it start?
Today. Start the fourteen-day trial, verify your address, and the first briefing is prepared for your area. Nothing is charged.
The trial
Judge it on your own area for fourteen days
For fourteen days you receive your first briefing, then two weekly briefings, and priority changes inside your area on the day they reach us, as alerts or one daily digest. No card is taken, and nothing continues unless you choose it.
The fourteen days start when your first briefing is sent. CQC publishes the care register once a month, so some weeks carry a great deal and others carry nothing. An update with nothing in it says so and lists everything it checked.
