A registration carries a bed count, which is the size of the home as the register records it.
Beds, hoists and furniture get specified before a home opens and when it changes hands. The register gives you the beds and the date.
Neither tells you what is installed. The alert gives you both, in your territory, with the provider verified, as one signal among the ones you already watch.

Which changes matter to you
- New registrationA newly registered home with its bed count is the size of the question.

- Provider changeA provider change is recorded with its date. Whether a refit follows is not in the record.

Does it show new builds?
No. A new registration can be an existing building under a new registration. The alert says new location or provider change, and nothing about the building.
Does it show bed changes same day?
No. Bed counts come from the register's periodic files and are dated to the file.
What area does it cover?
England, because the CQC register is England only. You choose the territory that matches the ground you serve.
Can I use this for sales?
Yes. Alerts name companies, never people, and use the home's address only. Your own marketing rules still apply.
When does it start?
Today. Start the fourteen-day trial, verify your address, and the first briefing is prepared for your area. Nothing is charged.
The trial
Judge it on your own area for fourteen days
For fourteen days you receive your first briefing, then two weekly briefings, and priority changes inside your area on the day they reach us, as alerts or one daily digest. No card is taken, and nothing continues unless you choose it.
The fourteen days start when your first briefing is sent. CQC publishes the care register once a month, so some weeks carry a great deal and others carry nothing. An update with nothing in it says so and lists everything it checked.
