A food business appears on the register before its first inspection, with the date it was recorded.

Equipment suppliers hear about a new site when a competitor's van is parked outside it. The register lists the business, its type and its address before the first inspection, and often before the kitchen is finished.

The alert gives you the new establishments in your territory as the register publishes them, and the falls where a kitchen has a reason to change things, so you decide who to approach.

Which changes matter to you

An establishment on the register that has not yet been rated. The register shows the name, the address and the business type, and nothing about the kitchen.

Rating fall

A fall is a dated public fact and sometimes the reason a kitchen replaces equipment.

Re-inspection requested

The register's own flag, public and dated.

Rating rise

Recorded so the history is complete.

Common questions

Does it show the kitchen size or the equipment?

No. Nothing in the register does. It shows the business, its type, its address and its rating history.

Can I choose only new businesses?

Yes. The classes are a setting.

What area does it cover?

England and Wales through the Food Standards Agency's register. You choose the territory.

Can I use this for sales?

Alerts name businesses, never people, and use the premises address only. Where we cannot match a company the alert says so. Your own marketing rules still apply.

When does it start?

Today. Start the fourteen-day trial, verify your address, and the first briefing is prepared for your area. Nothing is charged.
