A licence change is a dated reason to look at a fuel account again.
Authorised capacity and operating centres change in public before anything else shows it. The record names the operator, the sites and the figures, and says nothing about fuel, so it is a reason to check the account rather than proof of demand.
When authorised capacity rises or a new site appears, the account's fuel need and its network change. The Desk gives you the operators that published such a change last week, with the sites, so you check them against the accounts and the network you already hold.
Which changes matter to you
Capacity expansion
A higher authorised total is a change in the number of vehicles that may be fuelled and paid for on this licence, which is worth a review of the account.
Site expansion
A site change moves where vehicles are fuelled, which is worth checking against the network and accounts you already hold in that area. Verified where the bulletin printed a licence total.
Network change
Vehicles moving between sites changes where they are fuelled.
Licence transfer
A Schedule 4 stage or a repeated publication changes which licence a site sits under, not the vehicles fuelled there. It is not evidence of a change in fuel demand.

Does it show fuel volumes or current providers?
No. Nothing in the public record does, and the Desk says so on every line.
Can I see only operators above a certain fleet size?
The authorised total after the change is printed on every line, and a minimum verified increase is a setting.
What area does it cover?
Goods-vehicle operators in England and Wales, across all seven traffic areas. Choose regional coverage around a location you pick, or the full England and Wales plan.
Can I use this for sales?
Yes. The Desk names companies, never people, and uses depot addresses only. Your own marketing rules still apply, and the Desk is built to make them easy.
What does it cost?
The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. Continuing is monthly by card, cancel any time. Regional coverage is £60 a month plus VAT, £72 in total and national £150 a month plus VAT, £180 in total, an introductory price, held for twelve months.
What happens when the trial ends?
Delivery stops on day fourteen and nothing is taken. Your trial page shows the price and a continue button throughout. If you continue before the end, the free days you have left are kept and the first charge date is shown before you pay.
