I sell to fleet operators. Sales intelligence for the businesses that supply fleets

Find the fleet accounts with a published reason to call.

Public licence and operating-centre changes give your sales team a dated reason to review an account. Harrier brings the relevant record, company context and next questions together, so you can judge whether a conversation is worth pursuing.

From a real Fleet Desk briefing

High priority. Applied to grow. Altrad Services Limited, company 03337119

Altrad Services Limited applied to increase authorised vehicle capacity on licence OB2090086 from 4 to 14 vehicles, a rise of 10. The same application names 3 sites it has not used before, two at Middlesbrough and one at Scunthorpe. Published 2 September 2026, objections open until 23 September 2026.

Middlesbrough, TS6 6LP, North East of England

What you get

It answers five questions in order. Who should I look at. What changed. How big is it. Why might it matter to me. How sure are we. Everything else is evidence, attached.

Start here

The three operators with the strongest evidence of growth this week, each one in full.

Also worth watching

Up to seven more, one line each, with the size of the rise, the stage and the area.

Network changes

Operators adding vehicles at one site and removing them at another. Moving, not growing, and the record does not say why.

Since last week

What moved on, was granted, refused or withdrawn among the operators you have already seen.

Written for your trade

The line that says why it may matter is written for what you sell. A telematics supplier and a dealer see the same fact and a different reason.

Evidence record

Every line we read, every site, every map link and the reasons behind each label, attached to the email.

Coverage and price

Choose the area. The trial and the subscription use the same choice, and you can change it before you pay.

In the 90 days to 6 September 2026, the first Fleet Desk briefing for a 30-mile circle around postcode district GU5 found 404 company operators with a change, including 35 verified capacity increases. Read that briefing.

Monthly, by card on Stripe's own page, cancel any time. The same briefing on both plans, only the area changes. Events are placed by the site they concern, never by a registered office.

A real briefing

The first briefing a trial opens with. Covering the 90 days to 6 September 2026, prepared 21 September 2026. The start of it is below, in the form the email takes. No sign-up. From the Traffic Commissioner bulletins published that week.

Read for what you sell

Each page shows a real example read for that trade, the changes that matter most to it, and the three things to check first.

Hire, leasing and asset finance

An operator allowed to run more vehicles is worth checking against the accounts you already hire to, lease to or fund.

For hire, leasing and asset finance →

Dealers

When an operator asks to run more vehicles, check whether you already cover the account, before the decision is published.

For dealers →

Telematics and fleet tech

Fleet systems are usually reviewed when the size or the sites of a fleet change. The Desk shows both.

For telematics and fleet tech →

Fuel and payment

A higher authorised total is a dated change on an account you may already hold.

For fuel and payment →

Tyres

A rise in authorised vehicles at a named site is a dated reason to ask who fits the operator's tyres.

For tyres →

Commercial motor insurance

A change in the vehicles or sites on a licence is worth checking against the cover you already hold on the account.

For commercial motor insurance →

Transport compliance

A company applying for its first licence has to satisfy the Traffic Commissioner before it can run a vehicle.

For transport compliance →

Driver recruitment

More authorised vehicles at a named site is a reason to ask who drives them.

For driver recruitment →

Maintenance and tachograph

A higher authorised total allows more vehicles at the sites named, which is worth checking against your own coverage.

For maintenance and tachograph →

Trailers and bodybuilders

A rise in authorised trailers is a published number, and it is the one number most suppliers never see.

For trailers and bodybuilders →

Parts and workshop supply

More vehicles authorised at a named site is more servicing somewhere, and the site is published.

For parts and workshop supply →

What arrives during the trial

Your 14 days start when your first briefing is sent, not when you sign up.

Today. First briefing

The current picture for your coverage, with the dates of the two updates and the day the trial ends written in it.

One week later. Update one

What changed since the first briefing, against the same coverage.

Two weeks later. Update two

What changed since update one. The trial ends the next day and nothing is taken automatically.

How we decide what to send

We score growth and activity separately. Growth is a real rise in the vehicles a licence allows, a new licence, a site the operator has not used before, how far along the application is, and how recent it is. Activity is sites changing, vehicles moving between sites, and licences being tidied up. A business can be busy without growing. One application is one item, however many times it is published. We show the reasons behind each label, not a score. How it decides, in full →

What you can rely on

Authorised up to, never bought
A bulletin says how many vehicles an operator has asked to be allowed. We write "authorised up to 14 vehicles" and never how many were bought, because permission is a ceiling, not a purchase.
A site new to the operator, not a new yard
"New operating centre" means a site this operator has not used before. The site already exists, and we say exactly that.
An application is not a grant
We name the stage every time. Nothing in the Desk says an operator will do anything, and we never guess at plans.

Where this stands today

Start with a 14-day free trial. A first briefing, then two weekly updates, no card. Continuing is a separate choice, monthly by card, cancel any time. Regional and national plans are priced on this page.

Common questions

What area does it cover?

Goods-vehicle operators in England and Wales, across all seven traffic areas. Choose regional coverage around a location you pick, or the full England and Wales plan.

Can I use this for sales?

Yes. The Desk names companies, never people, and uses depot addresses only. Your own marketing rules still apply, and the Desk is built to make them easy.

What does it cost?

The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. Continuing is monthly by card, cancel any time. Regional coverage is £60 a month plus VAT, £72 in total and national £150 a month plus VAT, £180 in total, an introductory price, held for twelve months.

What happens when the trial ends?

Delivery stops on day fourteen and nothing is taken. Your trial page shows the price and a continue button throughout. If you continue before the end, the free days you have left are kept and the first charge date is shown before you pay.

Try it for 14 days, free
