A fleet policy rests on how many vehicles an operator runs and where they are kept.
A licence change is a change to the risk and the assets on an account you may already hold.
Renewal comes round and the fleet is twice the size it was on the schedule, or based at a site you have never rated. The change was published months earlier and nobody told you.
When either changes on the licence, the account is worth a look. The Desk gives you the operators that published such a change last week, so you check them against the cover you already hold, or quote, before renewal.
Which changes matter to you
Capacity expansion
A rise in authorised capacity changes the number of vehicles that may be on cover under this operator, which is worth checking against the accounts you hold or quote.
Site expansion
A site change alters where vehicles are kept overnight, a rating factor on most fleet policies. Verified where the bulletin printed a licence total.
Network change
Vehicles moving between sites changes where they are kept.
Licence transfer
A Schedule 4 stage moves a site between licences, not vehicles between policies. It is not evidence of a change in cover.

Common questions
Does it show renewal dates?
No. Nothing in the public record does. It shows the date the licence change was published, which is a reason to check your own records.
Does it show claims or compliance history?
No. The bulletin shows applications and decisions. The Desk does not list public inquiries.
What area does it cover?

Can I use this for sales?

What happens when the trial ends?
